• Professionally edited, high resolution images for commercial use

Planning you session starts with answering a in depth questionnaire. From there, we will book a time for your consultation where I will go over your answers with you. I will take a look at your website and social media channels and see how you are currently using your images. We will then plan the fine details by choosing a location for your session, wardrobe, props etc.

This is a great question! A lot of clients like to set up at their home or office. If neither of these options work for your brand, you can rent a location from a list of options I will provide you. The rental fee for any space is your responsibility.

Upon booking your session, you will receive a prep guide along with a unique code to my online style service. While I leave that up to the client, based on their own personal taste, I do offer suggestions for you in the prep guide.

It takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks, I will send you a link to an online gallery where you will download your high resolution digital files.

YES, I require a 50% retainer fee to reserve the day and time of your session. This is not an extra fee, and will be taken off the balance of your entire session.

I am willing to go anywhere within 35 miles of Williamsburg, VA. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge of $.54/mile as part of the agreement.

Great question! During your consultation, I will give you a checklist that goes over everything! Some basics I recommend include makeup for touch ups, extra pair of shoes for walking around, an extra top incase something gets spilled on your wardrobe and props that you want to include in your session.

Nope…I reserve the right to edit and release only the images that I deem creditable as professional in quality and within Kellyn Wilson Photography’s standards. It would be like asking a painter to give his rough draft sketch! It doesn’t do justice to the art, the model, or artist.

Yes, your password to view your gallery and choose your images will expire within two weeks from receiving your gallery. If you need more time please contact me and I will extend the date. After six (6) months, all images will be purged from photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.
